Delete your account
You can delete your Ikkay account at any time, inside the app or without it. Either way, the deletion waits 14 days, so a mistake can be undone.
1In the app
- Open Settings, from the gear at the top of Home, Store or Profile.
- Choose Delete account. The screen lists exactly what will be lost, including any unspent coins and gems.
- Type delete to confirm.
2Without the app
Email support@ikkay.app, or write to us from the contact page, with your Player Number, which is shown under your name on your profile, and ask for the account to be deleted. Because a Player Number is public, we will ask you to confirm the request from the account itself, or from the email address or mobile number linked to it, before we delete anything.
3What happens next
- Straight away, the account stops working and disappears from other players’ friend lists.
- For 14 days, opening the app on your phone shows the dates, with Cancel deletion to keep everything.
- After 14 days, it is deleted for good: your profile, name and avatar, your items, coins and gems, your friends, your linked sign-ins, and the records of your devices. This cannot be undone.
4What is kept, and why
- Coin, gem and purchase records, because they are financial records. They are no longer connected to you.
- Match results, which other players’ histories depend on. They are no longer connected to you.
- Saved report evidence, for the period set out in the Privacy Policy.
